Built on the science of Corneotherapy by leading German Scientist Dr Hans Lautenschlager, Dermaviduals is a unique approach that acknowledges the skin as a living organ. The skin is a strong barrier that deflects bacteria and other unwanted substances from penetrating the dermis, thereby acting as a powerful preventative for inflammation, flare-ups, and aging. For this reason, it only makes sense to focus on the maintenance and repair of this first line of defence – this outermost layer of the skin known as the stratum corneum.
Dermaviduals respects your skin and its unique, individual needs. Our range of over 40 active serums utilises the purest ingredients to repair and protect your skin. All Dermaviduals products are free from fragrances, preservatives, emulsifiers, colours, mineral oils, silicones, and amines.
Unlike other skincare products that sit on top of the skin, Dermaviduals’ ground-breaking product formula is designed to mimic natural skin structure and function, ensuring that the potent active ingredients will integrate deep into your skin. Our active ingredients are encapsulated in nanoparticles (or liposomes) that allow for penetration of the skin’s barrier in a pure, safe, and effective manner. Dermaviduals promotes balanced, healthy skin from within.

CORNEOTHERAPY
The stratum corneum consists of 3 components and if they’re functioning as intended, you should have happy, healthy, and strong skin. Here’s how Dermaviduals can help:
The Acid Mantel is vital for skin protection. This slightly acidic film has a PH balance of 5.5 that is perfect for housing good bacteria. What’s great about Dermaviduals products is that they do not upset the skin’s natural PH level and will keep the skin’s acid mantel intact. If there is long term use of wrong skin care, this can disturb the acid mantel and expose it to harmful bacteria.
Lamellar Lipid Layers help protect the skin against irritation, dryness, water loss, and other severe skin conditions. Dermaviduals products do not contain emulsifiers that will upset these lipid layers. On the contrary, they are developed to repair and replace lost lipids!
Whether due to lifestyle or genetic factors, the top layer of the skin may not have a smooth finish and the cells responsible for this is corneocyte. Dermaviduals products help to ensure that corneocyte cells sit neat and even on the skin.
