HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our muscle toning device, the EMSCULPT utilises HIFEM technology which stimulates the motor neurons within the muscle causing 20,000 involuntary contractions. When we are exercising we can contract 25 – 40% of our muscle fibres, EMSCULPT stimulates 90 – 100% – these are considered supramaximal and are not achievable through voluntary exercise.
EMSCULPT is FDA-approved, medical CE-marked, and backed by extensive research and clinical trials proving that it can treat both muscle and fat; simultaneously strengthening and toning muscles, as well as reducing up to 19% of fat.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
The muscle toning treatment is painless. The EMSCULPT device straps over your targeted area and then the power is slowly increased, usually starting at a lower power level. Clients will feel a series of powerful muscle contractions which occur a few seconds apart – these are easily tolerable and experienced in relative comfort.
Treatment lasts 30 minutes so you can sit back, relax, watch Netflix, or use your phone to pass the time. You get all the benefits of an intense workout without breaking a sweat!

PREPARATION AND AFTERCARE
Our muscle toning treatment requires absolutely no recovery time or any pre/post treatment preparation. You will walk out feeling like you had an amazing workout and can get back to work immediately afterwards.
Some clients may feel sore for a day or two after the muscle toning treatment. This is completely normal and is the same soreness that you would experience after an intense workout. In fact, EMSCULPT contractions can actually help clear lactic acid buildup in muscles – which is the cause of soreness – so this procedure prevents clients from getting too sore.

Living a healthy lifestyle and sticking to a regular workout routine will help maintain your results.
4 additional treatments may be required 3 months after your initial course to maintain your newly toned body, but you can expect results to hold for up to six months post treatment.
